It is important to treat all the needed animal with qualified AAV8 packed therapeutic vectors: same method, same tittering method, et al. According to our previous experience, we decided to use vector builder as our AAV8 packaging service provider for the purpose of data consistency, good quality of the service.
Background/Description of Requirement

The NCATS-led Platform Vector Gene Therapy (PaVe-GT) pilot project seeks to increase the efficiency of clinical trial startup by using the same gene delivery system and manufacturing methods for multiple rare disease gene therapies. Our group at NINDS is focousing on DOK7/COLQ related Congenital myasthenic syndromes (CMS), and will use AAV8 to deliver different threaeutic vectors to the related mouse model. This purchase is to get AAV8 Large-scale 10 and Ultra-purification PackagingService for pAAV240227-1011vgx.

Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability in response to this requirement. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties’ bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement and include: unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
